Warning: If you don't like joyful images then don't scroll any further. But, really. These two were so much fun to spend time with back in June at Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock. Not to mention, almost the entire bridal party works or has worked at Disney ... so you can imagine the personalities and laughter.
When I first arrived, Lora Lee was sitting in the floor with her flower girl, Landry, building a wedding Lego scene. You'll see Landry's sweet and sassy face throughout this entire post.
Under the willow tree by the lake at Chetola, Lora Lee and Ray exchanged vows and a welcome greeting from their dear friend, Mike, to the tune of, "the power of love is a curious thing. Make'a one man weep. Make another man sing." Obviously everyone was rolling as he read pretty much all the words in a very serious manner 😂
They then welcomed everyone to their white tent reception full of good company, dancing, Lego structures and a few dancing dinosaurs.
Again, if you don't like joyful images then just close out now. Enjoy!
The two chose to have their first look away from their wedding venue at Moses Cone Manor on the Parkway. I'd say it made a perfect backdrop.
I forever want to shoot weddings right under this willow.
Now can you see Disney personalities?
Oh hey, sassy ladies.
A big thanks to all of the amazing vendors who made this day happen:
